Storage Window: Once a package has been marked “Ready for Pickup”, customers have 14 days to collect it at no charge

Storage Fees: After the initial 14‑day window, a storage fee of $50 per day will be applied until the package is collected.

Abandoned Packages: Packages that remain unclaimed for 60 days from the ready-for-pickup date will be considered abandoned.
The company reserves the right to dispose of, liquidate, or retain these items to cover outstanding storage fees.

Shipments classified by Customs as personal-use items and valued above $100 C.I.F. may attract duties, taxes, or other charges.

It is the importer’s responsibility to stay updated on current Customs guidelines, import rules, and any applicable fees.

Providing incorrect or misleading information about package contents may result in delays, penalties, confiscation, or additional charges under the Customs Act.

Customers are required to upload a proper, verifiable invoice for each shipment before the item moves into a “Ready for Pickup” status.
Failure to provide an accurate invoice may:
Delay customs clearance
Affect eligibility for compensation or claims
Result in additional verification or processing fees

To ensure accurate processing, all packages must include the correct mailbox number or customer ID in the designated address field.
Packages missing this identifier may incur a JMD $500 manual lookup / handling fee

We are not liable for damage occurring during international transport, airline handling, courier delivery to our warehouse, or third‑party carrier errors.
Our responsibility begins once the package is checked in at our warehouse and ends when it is released to the customer at pickup.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, Customs, airline schedules, holidays, or courier service disruptions.
Misrepresentation of package contents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal penalties or the confiscation of your items.
